If you will be enrolled remotely due to University policy, personal preference, or other reasons, you will receive a revised financial aid offer that incorporates an estimate of the expenses you will incur while studying remotely. ![]() Now that the University has announced plans for the fall 2020 term, students’ plans and options may change. All offers sent prior to July 1 assumed that all students would be enrolled in residence. ♦ I have already received a financial aid offer for the 2020–2021 academic year. If you are an international student, you will not need to reapply unless your family's circumstances have changed and you would like to request a reevaluation. citizen or permanent resident, you will need to reapply for financial aid, as will be true each year you are at Yale. Will my financial aid from this year automatically carry over to next year? ♦ I am a first-year student who has received a financial aid offer, but I plan to postpone my matriculation. We will resume sending offers before the end of July and ahead of the August 1 fall-term billing. There may be a brief period of time before and after the University announcement regarding the fall 2020 term during which we do not send offers. Please continue to monitor your Student Information System (SIS) portal to make sure you have submitted all requirements.
